Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility in the state.
  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
  • Strong evaluation, report writing, and counseling skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with special education assessments and processes is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychological assessments and interpret results.
  • Develop and implement interventions and behavior management plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention support as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to special education eligibility determinations.
  • Offer individual and group counseling to students.
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
