Job Description

As a skilled school psychologist, your expertise will be instrumental in helping students overcome challenges while collaborating closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop holistic, impactful solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary and/or middle school students
  • Strong understanding of MTSS, IEPs, and best practices in psychoeducational assessment
  • Ability to provide counseling, conduct assessments, and develop interventions for students
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and advocacy skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess students cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional needs through formal and informal evaluations
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to design and implement individualized education and behavioral plans
  • Interpret assessment results and share actionable insights with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support crisis intervention, response, and prevention activities
  • Facilitate group or individual counseling sessions as needed
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
