Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in a PreK-12 or school-based setting
• Comprehensive understanding of psychological and educational assessments
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations, including cognitive, behavioral, and psychoeducational assessments
• Interpret results and develop recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative support to students, parents, and staff
• Collaborate with educational teams to design evidence-based interventions, supports, and accommodations
• Participate actively in eligibility, IEP, and problem-solving meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
