Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid license or certification as a school psychologist
- Experience working with diverse student populations in educational settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and Special Education regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret findings for educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement interventions
- Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
- Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups
- Contribute to development and review of IEPs, offering recommendations for services and accommodations
- Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed
- Engage in data collection and progress monitoring of student outcomes
