Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility for licensure
- Experience performing psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Proficiency in counseling, consultation, and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Familiarity with special education procedures, including IEP meetings and documentation
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral plans
