Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Prior experience working in a school setting is highly valued

- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with IEP development and legal requirements is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments to support student learning
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on student plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Consult with teachers and parents to address academic, behavioral, and mental health needs
