Key Qualifications:
- Current Illinois (IL) School Psychologist License (PSYCH IL) required
- Prior experience in school settings, especially with K8 students, is highly valued
- Thorough knowledge of educational assessments, intervention strategies, and individualized support plans
- Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Adept at fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments
- Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions for students
- Participating actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Consulting with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and behavioral success
- Contributing to the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Promoting best mental health practices and serving as a key resource for the school community
