Ideal Experience and Qualifications:

• Current license as a School Psychologist (educator credential required; counselors not considered)
• Previous experience in K-12 educational environments preferred
• Skilled in conducting assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and supporting IEPs
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large, multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, cultural competency, and adaptability for a diverse school environment
• Available for full-time onsite work during the academic year (no remote options)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop recommendations for student support services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to create and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavior management strategies
• Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and planning sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all district and legal requirements
