Make a difference in the lives of students as a dedicated school psychologist serving a dynamic K-12 district. This full-time, contract role offers an engaging opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to provide comprehensive psychological services across the district for the entire 2026/2027 school year.
As a school psychologist, youll work 37.5 hours weekly, assisting students from kindergarten through high school with evaluations, assessments, and individualized interventions. Your expertise will help support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth, ensuring every student has the tools and resources they need to thrive.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain in Oregon)
- Background in school psychology with direct experience in K-12 settings
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, assessments, and developing intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, teachers, and families
- Commitment to supporting a positive, inclusive educational environment
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and support special education evaluations
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Offer individual and group counseling to students as needed
- Serve as a vital resource for staff and provide consultation to help foster academic and behavioral success
- Participate in response-to-intervention (RTI) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) initiatives
