Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology required
• Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Background in conducting psychoeducational assessments and individualized educational planning
• Excellent knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and best practices in intervention
• Strong communication skills for working with diverse teams of teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify students strengths and areas of need
• Interpret test data and present findings in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with faculty and special services staff to develop effective intervention strategies and behavior plans
• Consult with teachers and parents to support the development of social, emotional, and academic skills
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with federal and state guidelines
