Qualifications:

  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Experience with psychological assessments, counseling, and report writing in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Previous school-based experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cognitive, academic, and behavioral evaluations for students
  • Interpret testing data and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Develop strategies and recommendations for educational interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Provide ongoing consultation and crisis intervention as needed
  • Contribute to IEP and 504 Plan development and implementation
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation
