Job Description

This contract opportunity allows you to contribute your expertise within a supportive educational setting, working closely with students, educators, and families. Both part-time and full-time schedules are availablegiving you the flexibility to meet your professional and personal needs. Positions begin in late August and will follow the standard academic calendar through mid-June.

What youll bring:

  • Valid and current School Psychologist licensure, meeting all state-mandated requirements
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting (preferred but not required)
  • Strong understanding of assessment procedures, intervention strategies, and counseling techniques
  • Ability to work in-person and engage effectively with students and staff
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans
  • Provide direct counseling and interventions to students as needed
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding student mental health and learning needs
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed, timely reports
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing team discussions
