Ideal candidates will bring strong assessment skills, compassion, and expertise in child development. Youll play a key role in developing and implementing interventions, helping create a positive learning environment for every student.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Valid state certification or ability to obtain appropriate credentials
• Experience with special education evaluations and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with a range of standardized assessment tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational and time management skills to balance multiple caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for students referred for services
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and other student-focused conferences
• Develop evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Provide consultation and support to educators and families around behavioral, academic, and emotional concerns
• Help design and monitor progress on student intervention plans
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Contribute to a school climate that values student diversity and inclusion
