Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current and valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (or eligibility) as required by Georgia state regulations
• Experience in K-12 school environments preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive services to diverse student populations
• Proficiency in conducting psychological and academic assessments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed reports outlining recommendations for interventions and supports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding students academic, social, and emotional needs
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students individually or in small groups
• Participate in crisis intervention and prevention initiatives as needed
• Support data-driven decision-making to enhance student outcomes
