Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Valid licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience conducting assessments, writing reports, and developing intervention strategies
• Deep understanding of current best practices in special education and behavioral support
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Experience in educational settings preferred, but supportive mentorship available for motivated candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and educational assessments to evaluate student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans
• Provide counseling and intervention services to students, individually and in groups
• Offer expertise and recommendations to help school teams address learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges
• Support crisis response teams and contribute to a positive, safe school climate
• Maintain detailed records and adhere to ethical and legal standards in school psychology
