Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid Texas state licensure or certification to practice as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Strong skills in collaboration, consultation, and communication
• Comfortable working with diverse populations and varying learning needs
• Knowledgeable in response to intervention (RTI), special education law, and case management

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct cognitive, academic, social, and emotional assessments
• Develop and present findings at IEP/ARD meetings, actively participating in intervention planning
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student well-being
• Provide individual and group counseling, crisis management, and behavioral intervention support
• Support the implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
• Contribute expert guidance on eligibility determination and learning accommodations
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and adhere to ethical standards in practice
