Key Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience with psychoeducational assessments and individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans tailored to student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive outcomes

  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
