Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect support to students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Participate in IEP, MTSS/RTI, and other student-centered meetings
• Facilitate crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and program development when needed
• Document services and maintain compliance with federal and state guidelines
