Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid and current School Psychologist certification
• Experience with in-depth psychological assessments and individualized education program (IEP) processes
• Strong understanding of behavioral, academic, and social-emotional supports for students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify student strengths and needs
• Offer direct and consultative support to students, teachers, and parents regarding behavioral and emotional concerns
• Develop and help implement effective intervention strategies to promote student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and eligibility determinations
• Assist with crisis intervention and provide counseling as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Foster a positive, inclusive school climate working alongside school staff and families
