Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited program in School Psychology or a related field
• Current and valid New Hampshire school psychologist licensure
• Experience working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds
• Strong proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and interpreting data
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer diagnostic assessments, interpret results, and contribute to eligibility determinations and educational planning for students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and consultation to support students academic, emotional, and social development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans
• Contribute expertise during student study team meetings, IEP meetings, and parent-teacher conferences
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed, emphasizing a safe and inclusive educational atmosphere
• Deliver training and guidance to staff on best practices in mental health, behavior management, and academic interventions
