Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Active state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments and behavioral interventions.
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background working with K-12 students is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students as needed.
• Develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies based on evaluation results.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as appropriate.
• Participate in student support and special education meetings.
• Maintain thorough, organized records and documentation in line with school and state guidelines.
• Provide consultative support for behavior management and instructional strategies.
