Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Masters or doctorate degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Current, valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience with counseling, assessments, and interventions in school settings
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
• Compassionate, culturally sensitive approach to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to support learning and behavioral needs
• Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Support data-driven decision making and the implementation of evidence-based practices
• Assist with the development of strategies to manage challenging behaviors and foster emotional well-being
