Key Qualifications:
- Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, MTSS/RTI frameworks, and special education law
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to address learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to help design and review IEPs
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions as appropriate
- Participate in crisis response, behavior management, and prevention programs
