Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure appropriate for the state of Ohio
• Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or closely related field
• Experience in academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
• Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
• Ability to implement and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) frameworks
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop interventions and support strategies
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
• Assist with crisis intervention and offer recommendations for support
• Participate in eligibility determinations and planning meetings
• Support teachers and staff in designing inclusive classroom strategies
• Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices in the field
