Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Hold an active, valid School Psychologist license in the state.
  • School-based experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the unique developmental needs at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and assist in designing appropriate learning plans.
  • Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services to students.
  • Participate actively in multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and contribute expertise to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and 504 meetings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop proactive intervention strategies.
  • Advocate for student well-being and support positive behavioral health initiatives across campus.
