Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Demonstrated experience with psychological assessments, evaluations, and creating intervention strategies
• Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plan processes
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff
• Familiarity with current best practices in school psychology and special education
• Organizational skills to manage caseload paperwork and stay compliant with deadlines

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and collaborate in eligibility determinations
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and 504 Plans
• Facilitate individual and group counseling for students to support social-emotional well-being
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to design, monitor, and evaluate interventions
• Assist with crisis intervention and offer guidance on behavioral management strategies
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents to promote academic and behavioral success
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in accordance with relevant regulations
