Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or closely related field
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience administering assessments and interpreting data for educational planning
- Strong background in developing and implementing IEPs and behavioral interventions
- Exceptional communication skills to partner with students, staff, and families
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to support academic and social-emotional success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to intervention planning
- Support positive behavioral strategies and student mental health initiatives
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Serve as an advocate for students educational and psychological needs
