Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or closely related field
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience administering assessments and interpreting data for educational planning
  • Strong background in developing and implementing IEPs and behavioral interventions
  • Exceptional communication skills to partner with students, staff, and families
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to support academic and social-emotional success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to intervention planning
  • Support positive behavioral strategies and student mental health initiatives
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with school policies and state regulations
  • Serve as an advocate for students educational and psychological needs
