Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist licensure for the state of Minnesota
- Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Previous experience in educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, data interpretation, and intervention planning
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and students
- Compassionate, student-centered approach with an ability to manage diverse caseloads
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide intervention
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student outcomes
- Participate in the development and delivery of professional development for staff
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state policies
