Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist in Minnesota
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Knowledge of assessment tools and interventions for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Strong interpersonal, consultation, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively manage a diverse caseload

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for students
• Develop and implement intervention strategies in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes, including eligibility and planning meetings
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
• Deliver direct and indirect services focused on academic, behavioral, and social adjustment
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Maintain documentation and comply with all local, state, and federal guidelines
