Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist licensure for the state of Minnesota
  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience in educational settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, data interpretation, and intervention planning
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and students
  • Compassionate, student-centered approach with an ability to manage diverse caseloads

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide intervention
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students as needed
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student outcomes
  • Participate in the development and delivery of professional development for staff
  • Maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state policies
