Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology (required)
• Current and valid School Psychologist licensure in Michigan
• Experience in educational settings (elementary, middle, and high school preferred)
• Excellent communication, assessment, and intervention skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to identify learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
• Provide direct and indirect services to support positive student outcomes
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop interventions or recommend accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans
• Facilitate small group or individual counseling sessions as needed
• Work proactively to promote social-emotional learning and positive school culture
• Maintain detailed records in accordance with state and district guidelines
