Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active and valid school psychologist licensure in the state
• Demonstrated experience working within school environments (elementary, middle, and/or high school preferred)
• Strong understanding of academic, behavioral, and social/emotional student needs
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and care

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and participate in evaluation meetings to help shape individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Serve as a resource for students, educators, and families on mental health, learning, and behavior concerns
• Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative services
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to promote positive educational outcomes
• Support and advise on interventions for academic and behavioral challenges
• Keep accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
