Qualifications:
- Active Ohio School Psychologist licensure required
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Expertise in assessments, intervention strategies, and counseling
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to promoting student growth and well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to support individualized education plans (IEPs) and student interventions
- Provide counseling and behavioral support to students across various age groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies that enhance academic and emotional success
- Engage in data-driven decision making to track progress and inform interventions
- Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school community
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
