Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist
• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in evaluating learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to identify student needs and inform interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement appropriate educational plans
• Provide direct counseling services to students individually and in groups
• Participate actively in the development and review of IEPs, 504 Plans, and behavior intervention strategies
• Support teams with crisis intervention and provide resources to promote mental health and school safety
• Assist in developing school-wide initiatives to enhance student support systems and promote inclusive practices
