Job Description
Make a lasting impact supporting students as a Bilingual School Psychologist in a full-time, onsite contract role. Youll work with a diverse K-12 caseload, collaborating with educators and families to help students thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Your bilingual (Spanish/English) skills will be instrumental in providing culturally responsive assessments and counseling, ensuring every student has access to the support and resources they need.
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois School Psychologist license
- Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience working in educational settings with K-12 students a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support student well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings and offer expert recommendations
- Support crisis intervention and response activities as needed
- Advocate for the needs of bilingual and multicultural students

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.00 to $90.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
