Exciting contract opportunity for an experienced School Psychologist to provide impactful support within a vibrant educational community near Cicero, IL! This position centers around serving one school, working collaboratively with the IEP team to conduct assessments and evaluations for students. The assignment spans the upcoming school year, running from August through June, and offers flexible part-time hours ranging from 7 to 16 hours per week.

Your expertise will help shape student success and well-being, while allowing you some work-from-home flexibility for paperwork completion. Youll join a supportive environment and play a critical role in multidisciplinary teamwork.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid IL Psychologist license (required)
  • Experience working with students and IEP teams in a school setting
  • Strong skills in conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing clear, thorough reports
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Excellent organizational skills and comfort with managing documentation and deadlines

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive student assessments and evaluations as part of the special education process
  • Collaborate with the IEP team to interpret results and develop recommendations
  • Participate in team meetings, offering input on services and student plans
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork, with the option for remote work on documentation
