What were looking for:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with a range of assessment tools and methods
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality
• Prior experience in a school setting is valued

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
• Providing group and individual counseling to address emotional and behavioral challenges
• Assisting with crisis response and intervention strategies as needed
• Offering consultation and training to staff and parents about student mental health and learning differences
