Job Description

Your clinical expertise will play an essential role in supporting the unique academic, emotional, and social needs of each child.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience in conducting psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral assessments, and functional behavior analyses
  • Proficient in interpreting data and generating clear, actionable reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Familiarity with the IEP process and participation in multidisciplinary team meetings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer assessments to evaluate students cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional functioning
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding interventions and supports
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students, as needed
  • Develop and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and assist with compliance requirements
  • Support crisis response and intervention efforts within the school environment
  • Participate actively in school-based teams and contribute to a culture of well-being and inclusivity
