This contract position offers a balanced weekday schedule, working from 8am to 3pm, to foster student wellbeing and academic achievement. What Youll Need:

• Valid School Psychologist credential for Illinois
• Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5 preferred)
• Strong assessment, report writing, and counseling skills
• Collaborative approach with educators, parents, and support staff
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle diverse student needs
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

What Youll Do:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data
• Develop and support IEPs, behavioral plans, and intervention strategies
• Lead and participate in student support meetings
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive learning environments
• Maintain detailed, confidential records in line with school requirements
