Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
  • Create and monitor behavior plans and individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services to students and staff
  • Engage in data-driven decision-making to support student success and school-wide initiatives
  • Participate in professional development and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency and state guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interventions in a school setting
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work well with diverse student populations and staff
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
