Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or appropriate state licensure
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience delivering psychological services in a K-12 educational setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment techniques, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Ability to interpret data, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and development
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Develop, implement, and monitor interventions to address academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as appropriate
• Assist in eligibility determination for special education services and help create effective IEPs
• Offer staff training and consultative guidance to promote a safe, supportive school climate
