Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Valid Illinois School Psychologist licensure (IL PSYCH)
• Experience with K-12 student populations and familiarity with school psychology best practices
• Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability to work across diverse grade levels and manage a flexible caseload
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical guidelines in educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services for students in grades K-12
• Conduct formal assessments, interpret results, and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and behavioral supports within the school environment
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the design of educational plans
• Provide individual and group counseling tailored to student needs
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote inclusive, supportive learning environments
• Support positive school climate initiatives and preventative mental health programs
