Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for school psychologist certification
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and intervention strategies
• Ability to work effectively with students of all backgrounds and abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, families, and external professionals
• Organized, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering a positive school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for assessment
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators on strategies for academic and behavioral interventions
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Offer direct counseling and consultative services to students, families, and educators
• Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary within the school community
• Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
