Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- State licensure or eligibility for school psychologist certification
- Previous experience in educational settings preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in psychological and academic assessments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
- Advise educational teams in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to design effective learning and behavioral support plans
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting positive student development and mental health
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory guidelines
