Key Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain)
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing comprehensive reports
- Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention in K-12 settings
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students learning and behavioral needs
- Develop and recommend targeted intervention and support plans
- Provide counseling and support to students individually or in groups
- Consult with teachers and families about strategies to enhance student achievement and well-being
- Participate in IEP and other multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support implementation of social-emotional learning programs
