Desired Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or license to practice as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and supporting diverse student populations
- Strong knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support and intervention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships with students, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students using appropriate psychoeducational tools and interpret findings
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and IEP meetings by providing actionable recommendations
- Design and implement intervention plans in collaboration with educators and parents
- Offer crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Serve as an advocate for student well-being and academic achievement in the school community
