Key Qualifications:

• Hold valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience with psychological assessments, individualized education programs (IEPs), and counseling practices in school settings
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and response-to-intervention (RTI) frameworks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and school staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete psychoeducational evaluations and provide written reports
• Support the creation and review of IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver counseling and intervention services to students, both individually and in groups
• Participate actively in child study or eligibility meetings
• Offer professional guidance to teachers and parents concerning student needs and accommodations
• Contribute to development and execution of behavioral plans and interventions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation remains compliant with district and state guidelines
