Seeking passionate and dedicated school psychologists ready to make a difference in a vibrant and diverse educational environment in the Phoenix area. This is a full-time contract opportunity beginning August 6, 2026, and running through May 27, 2027, with assignments at various elementary and high school campuses. Depending on your placement, the schedule may range from three to five days per week, with full caseloads and the chance to work with a wide age range of students.
What Were Looking For:
- Valid Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certification
- Possession of an active IVP Fingerprint Card
- Previous experience as a school psychologist in K-12 settings
- Comfort evaluating caseloads of approximately 60 students, with about 12 evaluations estimated daily
- Proficiency using Google Suite and Synergy preferred
- Ability to complete evaluations using traditional pen-and-paper methods
- Highly self-motivated and organized, ready to step in and support schools with minimal ramp-up
- Flexibility in working across multiple campuses with varying schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological services including assessment, consultation, and intervention for assigned caseloads
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals to support student mental health and academic achievement
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and submit timely reports in accordance with district and state requirements
- Utilize district platforms (Google Suite and Synergy) for documentation and collaboration
- Participate actively in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
