Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited program in School Psychology
• Valid certification and/or state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working with middle school-aged students is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments, report writing, and developing intervention strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
• Commitment to promoting an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to support student learning and well-being
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insights and coordinating plans with multidisciplinary teams
• Develop, implement, and monitor interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and district standards
• Provide crisis intervention and consult on best practices for behavior and academic support
