Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current School Psychologist certification/license
• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting is strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills
• Knowledge of evaluation procedures and current best practices in educational psychology
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, families, and outside agencies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and psychoeducational assessments to determine students needs
• Interpret test results and provide recommendations for eligibility, placement, and intervention
• Develop and implement individualized education plans as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Provide individual and group counseling for students addressing behavioral, academic, and social concerns
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in RTI/MTSS teams and contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and adhere to all legal, ethical, and school policies
