Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for licensed School Psychologists to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment. This position offers flexibility with onsite preference or a hybrid schedule and includes the possibility of part-time work for qualified candidates available onsite. With three openings, the role focuses on collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support students educational and emotional needs.

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Full Time (37.5 hours/week) with typical hours ranging between 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Part-time candidates who can work onsite will also be considered.
Position Type: Contract, continuing through the current school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate as an active member of the schools Multidisciplinary Team and other support teams including Intervention, Safety, and Crisis teams.
  • Assist in the identification and evaluation process for students suspected of having educational disabilities requiring Special Education services.
  • Develop and implement behavior and academic intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Provide school-based counseling for students experiencing crises and serve as a resource to staff, parents, and students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a supportive and effective learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Indiana state licensure as a School Psychologist is required.
  • Experience working with K-12 students and knowledge of Special Education identification processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
