Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current and valid New Mexico school psychologist license
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and intervention strategies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic school environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to determine students needs and support eligibility for services
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students individually or in small groups
• Consult with teachers and staff to recommend classroom strategies and interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and contribute to data-driven decisions
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state reporting requirements
