Key Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with high school students preferred
• Knowledge of MTSS framework and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Strong assessment skills, including administering initial and re-evaluations
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of high school students, addressing their academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Perform comprehensive assessments, including both initial and re-evaluations, to inform individualized supports
• Collaborate with the MTSS team to develop, implement, and monitor interventions
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with school and legal standards
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
