A school psychologist is sought to support high school students within a dynamic educational environment in Carlisle, PA. This contract position offers a hybrid schedule, providing flexibility and a supportive work-life balance. Candidates will work closely with a high school caseload and play an integral role in the schools Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for students
• Collaborate with educators and support staff within the MTSS framework to identify student needs and interventions
• Provide counseling and support services to students as needed
• Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports to support student development and academic success
• Participate in meetings with school teams and families to discuss evaluation results and intervention plans

Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within an MTSS framework or similar multi-tiered support systems
• Previous experience managing a high school caseload preferred
• Strong assessment and report-writing skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and students
