Skills & Experience Sought:
- Current certification and licensing as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing direct psychological services within a school setting preferred
- Strong ability to conduct evaluations, assessments, and provide targeted interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Comfort with diverse student populations and varying emotional or behavioral needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational and behavioral planning
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administration to create supportive learning environments
- Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations
- Deliver intervention services, counseling, and crisis management as needed
- Support students and advocacy for their unique educational and mental health needs
