Job Description

This contract opportunity runs from August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week during the academic year. As a School Psychologist, you'll have the chance to work with diverse student populations in a variety of school settings, potentially serving as an itinerant professional across multiple campuses.

What You'll Bring:

  • Active and current Florida Department of Health Psychologist license
  • Solid experience conducting psychological assessments in school settings (school-based background preferred)
  • Confidence in report writing, test administration, and participation in IEP meetings
  • Flexibility to work across multiple schools based on assignment needs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across various age groups
  • Develop, prepare, and present thorough evaluation reports
  • Participate in and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and social-emotional development
  • Support the mental health and well-being of students, offering expertise on intervention strategies
